THE ARRIVAL LIST FOR GENERAL AVIATION HAS CLOSED

During the LOTOS Gdynia Aerobaltic 2021 air show, you will be able to fly your own plane free of charge. ATTENTION! Due to the air shows taking place and restrictions resulting from landing at a functioning military airport, the following rules must be followed!

To register your arrival and land at Gdynia Kosakowo airport:

1. Arrival by private plane to Gdynia Kosakowo airport [EPOK] during the show days (August 21-22) is possible only outside the show blocks * in accordance with VFR flight procedures.
2. Outlets only outside show blocks *. Outlets before the end of the demonstration blocks will be possible. The dates of the outlet slots will be published at a later date.
3. In the flight plan, in the RMK field, enter "Gdynia Aerobaltic"
4. Refueling will be possible on the southern side of the airport (AV-GAS and JET-A1), card payment - non-credited.
5. No landing fees.
6. Aircraft stop on the stands on the southern side of the runway on the grassy surface, behind the barriers - in a place inaccessible to the public - a request to take any security for anchoring the plane.
7. For safety reasons, staying with the plane in the air zone is only possible immediately after arrival and just before departure. During the shows, we will invite you to the audience zone.
8. The deadline for accepting arrivals is on August 17 for civil aircraft registered in the Polish register and August 3 for other civil aircraft. The number of places is limited.
9. For COVID and security reasons entry to the Demonstration Pilot Tent WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.
